Buckley Law P.C. has been named a Top Workplace in Oregon for the fifth year in a row, ranking 7th in the small business category for 2023, which featured 65 of the highest-scoring companies in Oregon and southwest-Washington with 99 employees or less.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
In all, 2,995 employers in the region were invited to take part in the process. Employers could be public, private, nonprofit or governmental. For this year, 131 employers earned recognition as a Top Workplace.
