Shareholder – Real Estate Attorney

We are adding to our Real Estate Transaction/Litigation group and looking for a Real Estate Attorney (primarily Residential Real Estate).  We are looking for a Shareholder-level Attorney who can manage a team, clients, and a book of business, and be a part of our continued growth.  Some established clients may be helpful, but not necessary.

The ideal Attorney (Shareholder) will have:

  • 8+ years as a practicing attorney with experience in real estate transactions and litigation. Residential, commercial, land use, HOA, LL/tenant are all areas in which we practice
  • Experience managing a team – Associates and legal staff – with ability to delegate work efficiently
  • An ability to manage a larger volume of cases

We are adding to our Business group and looking for a general Business Attorney – corporate formations, M&A, commercial real estate, business advisory, etc. Other areas such as business tax or estate planning a plus. We are looking for a Shareholder-level Attorney who can manage a team, clients, and a book of business, and be a part of our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience as a business attorney practicing in a firm, may include new business entity creation and formation, business contracts, real estate, M&A.

Human Resources Specialist

The ideal candidate will have:

  • B.S. in Business, Human Resources, or related field is highly preferred;

  • Thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations;
  • Superior ability to maintain confidentiality of employment-related matters and client information;

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, tracking, and documenting employee files and training, ensuring all are compliant with Firm policies and federal and state laws and regulations;
  • Benefits administration across the Firm;
  • Writing and maintaining job descriptions, recruiting and interviewing candidates, making recommendations for hire to the management team;
  • Onboarding and new hire orientation of new employees;
  • Training employees in a variety of topics, from company policies to “management 101”;
  • Facilitating staff and Associate reviews with Management and supervising attorneys;
  • First point of contact for employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to appropriate people;
  • Providing support to the management team with regard to Firm HR-related policies, recommended actions;
  • May be involved with PIPs, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations;
  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, ensures Firm policies and practices are in compliance; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Document Imaging Specialist / Administrative Support

Looking to be a part of a hard-working, extremely talented team? 

Do you love the details, whether paperwork, data, tracking? Are you interested in learning about records management and electronic records? We are looking for someone for our legal records team!

Our records team is responsible for scanning documents and files, tracking documents and updating locations in our document management software, and providing documents and files when requested by staff. This position requires someone extremely detailed, to ensure all records are retained according to policy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years in the workforce, with experience working with files, paperwork, or some detail-oriented capacity
  • An affinity for technology a definite plus
  • Experience or ability working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, technology in general, and office equipment (Copiers/Printers/Scanners)
  • An ability to work with others
  • An ability to deal with issues that take priority over other projects
  • Desire to learn and continuously improve skills and abilities
  • Extreme attentiveness to detail, be thorough in work activities, yet process information quickly
