Aaron Bell

Aaron Bell is a Shareholder at Buckley Law. With more than 35 years of experience, Aaron has represented several lending institutions and private lenders, creditors, businesses of various sizes, and individuals, in a broad array of business, lending and commercial circumstances and matters. Well versed in all facets of business law, he has handled mergers and acquisitions as well as complex litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington.

His clients are national lenders, regional equity and agricultural lenders, small to medium sized companies and businesses, and people involved in business, real estate, and commercial transactions. Aaron also has extensive experience in assisting businesses in or associated with the agriculture industry.

He is a regular speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars and other events in Oregon and Washington on various topics, including the Uniform Commercial Code, contracts, laws and issues specifically affecting the agricultural industry, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures of real property, forcible entry and detainer actions, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and other issues concerning lenders, commercial evictions, provisional process/replevin/receivership, and many different bankruptcy topics. In addition, he has prepared written materials and spoken on topics concerning the formation, sale, and purchase of businesses.

Prior to joining Buckley Law, Aaron founded Bell Law Firm in 2000. The firm joined with Buckley in 2023. Aaron received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.
