Carl Karpinski is an Associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction Law practice group and Business Law practice group as well as a member of the Litigation department. Carl is a skilled, results-driven business and litigation attorney with experience across a broad spectrum of commercial and civil disputes. He also represents clients in all types of transactional and litigated Real Estate cases. He handles landlord-tenant matters, land use issues, zoning matters, property rights and boundary disputes, liens and foreclosures, residential, and commercial. He approaches each matter with a strategic focus on his clients’ objectives, pairing rigorous legal analysis with a strong understanding of their industries. Carl’s commitment to responsive, high-quality client service—combined with his ability to navigate complex matters with professionalism and confidence—enables him to craft tailored, effective strategies for each case. Carl was previously an attorney at an Oregon law firm and worked as lawyer for four years in North Dakota. He has a J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Bemidji State University. Carl is an Oregon native, loves spending time outdoors, playing indoor soccer, board games and traveling. He recently traveled to Australia and swam in the Great Barrier Reef.
