Noah H. Morss is an associate in the firm’s Employment Law and Family Law practice groups.

Noah’s employment law practice includes representing employers in court proceedings and in administrative proceedings. His practice also includes employment counseling.

Noah represents clients in all types of family law cases. As part of the family law team, they handle well versed in complex family law matters including divorce, custody disputes, modification issues, international disputes, and restraining and protective orders.

Prior to joining Buckley Law, Noah was an attorney at a few Portland area law firms. He was also Deputy District Attorney for Multnomah County and was an judicial extern for Magistrate Judge John V. Acosta at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.

Noah has a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor’s from Brigham Young University. Noah enjoys crocheting, coaching youth basketball, and spending time with his family which includes 3 kids and a chocolate lab.
