Jaclyn Garcia is an Associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction Law practice group and a member of the Litigation department. Her knowledge of business matters enables Jaclyn to provide custom strategies to achieve success for clients. She represents clients in state and federal court, as well as in private arbitration and administrative proceedings. Having worked for a decade in the business sector, Jaclyn has also touched every piece of the value chain including areas such as sales, marketing, finance, accounting, legal, supply chain, customer service, and IT, which enables her to bring a unique perspective to commercial clients. Additionally, Jaclyn also has experience handling complex civil and commercial litigation including product and premises liability, medical and professional liability, subrogation and construction liability. Jaclyn has a J.D. from Campbell University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree in Finance and International Business, as well as her Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Rider University. While in law school, Jaclyn served as Managing Editor for the Campbell Law Observer and worked as a law clerk for the Office of the Attorney General at the Department of Justice in North Carolina, as well as a law clerk at a national law firm. Jaclyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and traveling the country, one road trip at a time. She also loves to cheer on the Seattle Seahawks. Experience
