Sarah J. Holmes

Sarah J. Homes is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group working with Molly Becker and Katelyn D. Skinner.

She practices a broad range of law, including Probate, Probate Litigation, and Guardianships/Conservatorships. Sarah is passionate about helping clients through difficult and stressful times.

Prior to joining Buckley Law, Sarah worked at Hart Wagner and Saalfeld Griggs handling employment matters and real property disputes.

Sarah has a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor’s from the University of Maryland Global Campus, in Okinawa, Japan, where her husband served in the US Marine Corps. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon State and Federal Courts.

Sarah serves as a Board Member for the Gilbert House Children’s Museum in Salem and volunteers with Upward Sports. Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. Sarah loves to cook and is an avid reader. She can usually be found with a book in hand or listening to an audio book.
