Experience

Sarah J. Homes is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group working with William E. Gaar and Molly Becker.

She practices a broad range of law, including Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Probate Litigation, and Guardianships/Conservatorships. Her practice includes representing clients in federal and state court, as well as advising clients on state and federal laws.

Prior to joining Buckley Law, Sarah worked at Hart Wagner LLP and Saalfeld Griggs PC handling employment matters and real property disputes.

Sarah has a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor’s from the University of Maryland Global Campus, in Okinawa, Japan, where her husband served in the US Marine Corps. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon State and Federal Courts, as well as Texas State Courts.

Sarah serves as Chairman of the Board for the Gilbert House Children’s Museum in Salem and volunteers with Upward Sports. Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. Sarah loves to cook and is an avid reader. She can usually be found with a book in hand or listening to an audio book.
