Amy J. Cross-DeHaven is a shareholder with Buckley Law’s Business and Estate Planning practice group. She is a dynamic and collaborative attorney who provides in-depth experience in complex estate planning, probates, trust administration, and general business matters. She also has experience with special needs planning and protective proceedings, as well as beneficiary representation.

Amy connects with clients to develop a long-standing relationship built on trust, open communication, and mutual respect. Understanding that each client has a unique family history, she works to craft estate plans that match client goals and plan for the future to safeguard family wealth and relationships.

Amy enjoys attending concerts, taking West Coast road trips, and spending time with her family.
