Buckley Law P.C. has been named a Top Workplace in Oregon for the fourth year in a row, ranking 4th in the small business category for 2022, which featured 63 of the highest-scoring companies in Oregon and southwest-Washington with 99 employees or less.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
In all, 3,022 employers in the region were invited to take part in the process. Employers could be public, private, nonprofit or governmental. For this year, 134 employers earned recognition as a Top Workplace.
