Buckley Law P.C. has been named a Top Workplace in Oregon for the second year in a row, ranking 9th in the small business category for 2020, which featured 45 of the highest-scoring companies in Oregon and southwest-Washington with 99 employees or less.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
In all, of 450,000+ organizations in Oregon, 1,859 employers (an increase of 400 from last year) in the state and in three southwest Washington counties were invited to take part in the process. Employers could be public, private, nonprofit or governmental. For this year, 95 employers earned recognition as a Top Workplace.
