Personal note from Richard Mario,
I am happy to share with you that after 45 years of practicing law, I will be retiring from Buckley Law P.C. on December 31, 2024.
I joined Buckley Law in May 1989 when it was a small firm with six attorneys known as Buckley, Montgomery, LeChevallier & Lindley PC. The firm, renamed Buckley Law in 2011, has grown to a robust team of 24 attorneys and 30 staff handling business law, family law, estate planning, and real estate.
We have worked hard over the years to build a talented group of real estate attorneys at Buckley Law in anticipation of my transition to retirement.
The real estate practice group attorneys will continue to handle the wide range of challenges faced by buyers, sellers, landlords, property owners and managers, and agents in the real estate industry.
I am truly grateful to my Buckley Law partners, colleagues, and clients who have shaped my career. Linda and I are looking forward to having more time to travel and work on our home. And I plan to continue to be on the mountain skiing and teaching.
