Lake Oswego, OR – Buckley Law P.C., a full-service Oregon law firm, is pleased to announce that attorney Layla K. McLean was elected by the Board of Directors as a new Shareholder effective January 1, 2021. Layla joined Buckley Law in 2017 as an Associate Attorney.
Layla is part of the Estate Planning Group and focuses on estate planning and administration for taxable and non-taxable estates, special needs trusts, business law and real estate transactions. Her knowledge on a range of business estate planning matters provide her clients with asset protection strategies to secure the financial future for them and their loved ones.
Layla actively participates in the Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association and is a member of the Oregon Women Lawyers Association Mary Leonard Chapter. She is also a mentor to incoming first year law students at Willamette Law.
Layla received her Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law and her B.S. from Portland State University.
