Megan Irinaga is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Probate and Trust Litigation practice group working with Shareholder Molly Becker.

Megan is a zealous advocate and experienced trial attorney. Her litigation practice is focused on contested guardianships and conservatorships, minor guardianship proceedings, restraining orders, probate and trust litigation, administrative law related to child and elder abuse investigations, and civil actions for abuse to elderly persons and persons with disabilities.

Prior to joining Buckley Law, Megan worked for the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office from 2021-2025.  While at the District Attorney’s office she was on the board of the Multnomah County Prosecuting Attorney’s Association and Policy Committee.  Megan clerked at Multnomah County courthouse for Judge Leslie Bottomly from 2020-2021.

Megan received her B.A. from University of Portland with a double major in Philosophy & German with a minor in Social Justice. Megan worked with her father in the insurance and financial industry prior to attending law school at Willamette University.  While at law school Megan was on the board of the Asian Pacific American Law Association, competed in Moot Court, and was the Editor in Chief of the Social Justice Law Journal. While in law school Megan clerked for Hon. Judge Darleen Ortega at the Oregon Court of Appeals.

In her free time, Megan enjoys reading fiction, hiking with her cockapoo Juniper, and practicing yoga.
