Tyler Blok is an associate in the Business Law practice group and takes a client-centered approach to serve individuals and businesses in accomplishing their objectives and goals. He actively seeks to provide solutions with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions to complex issues.
Tyler focuses his energy in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and transactional business law, transaction planning and structuring, business formation, and contracts. He is admitted in the state of Oregon and Washington.
Prior to joining Buckley Law, Tyler worked with broker-dealers and advisory firms on matters relating to regulatory and compliance issues, customer claims, and a number of other operational issues. Tyler also has past experience working with companies, business owners and other individuals covered by Errors and Omissions (E&O) policies, having worked as defense counsel on a number of professional liability matters.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, playing games with his children, and watching a wide variety of professional sports.
