Tracy Connor



Tracy E. Connor is an associate on the firm’s Family Law team. She handles family law matters including divorce, separation, custody disputes, and child and spousal support. Tracy has worked in the area of disabilities rights and mental health parity throughout her entire career. She has years of experience helping clients with cognitive injuries, traumatic stress, and mental health conditions to navigate complex legal process, even in the midst of active crisis.

Tracy understands the diversity of concerns in family law matters. She is a life-long ally to the LGBTQx community, a military family booster, and supportive of single mothers by choice (SMBC) and others who have created their families with the help of assisted reproductive technology (ART).

Prior to joining Buckley Law, Tracy was the pro bono coordinator for the Lawyers Serving Warriors project of the National Veterans Legal Services Program, and the Program Manager for Special Advocates for Vulnerable Oregonians, a program assisting people under guardianship and their families.

Tracy obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cornell University. In 2000, she graduated and earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of Pennsylvania. She obtained a Master of Social Work from George Mason University.

Tracy enjoys trying to keep up with her spitfire toddler and is an avid beer connoisseur and amateur beer educator. She also is a very busy HOA President.
