Professional & Community Activities

  • Randy has served as voluntary counsel for the Oregon State Bar in OSB disciplinary proceedings, as a director of the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, and was a Master of the Gus J. Solomon Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Randy is also involved with the Oregon Business Association and the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum and is active in a variety of marine and charter vessel interests and has served as Judge Advocate to Portland Yacht Club

  • Randy is admitted to the Oregon, Washington, and California State Bars, as well as the U.S. District Court of the District of Oregon, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court.


  • Randy received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1983. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1980.
