Experience

Amy Lynne Hill (formerly Amy Lynne Donaldson) practices business law, business formation, wills, trusts, estate planning, trust administration, real estate law, and health care law. As part of the Estate Planning, Business and Real Estate team at Buckley Law, Amy is an experienced attorney with a demonstrated history of working with clients toward their goals.

Amy regularly counsels clients with planning for children, aging, charitable giving, and international assets. She is also experienced in handling complexities such as taxable estates, family dynamics, and expression of desires about medical decisions. Amy assists clients in the purchase and sale of commercial property, particularly involving health care properties such as seniors housing, as well as organization and formation of companies, lease drafting and negotiations.

Prior to joining Buckley Law, Amy was in private practice for more than nine years handling estate planning, commercial real estate transactions and business law.

In her free time, Amy enjoys attending Portland Timbers games, reading science fiction/fantasy and spending time with her family.
