Bill Buckley began his practice in 1973 after obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland. Prior to that, he served in the United States Army in Korea after graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1967.

Bill has represented many corporations and businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest. His practice emphasizes business, real estate, land, and environmental law. He is a member of the sections of the Oregon State Bar on Business, Corporate, Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Law. Bill has a keen interest in regional economic and transportation issues. He is a contributor to such groups as the Kruse Way Economic Forum, Tri-Met, DEQ, Metro, and local governments including service on the Clackamas County Economic Development Commission.

Bill has served on numerous charitable boards and is a past president of the Kruse Way Rotary Club and The Kruse Way Rotary Foundation. He and his family enjoy scuba diving, skiing, fishing, University of Oregon “Duck” football and stamp collecting.
