Sally D. Robinson joined Buckley Law P.C. in 2009 and has extensive experience in family law and civil litigation. Sally obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 1988. Sally graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law  with a focus in Civil Litigation. Sally is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon State Bar Family Law Section, and the Oregon State Bar Litigation Section, in addition to belonging to the Clackamas County, Multnomah County, Washington County, and Yamhill County Bar Associations and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. Sally is a Washington County Bench Bar Committee member, serving the 2013-2014 term. Sally practiced law in California for 9 years prior to returning to her home in Oregon in 2003.  She is admitted to practice in Oregon in the state and federal courts.

Sally has represented clients in all types of family law cases, including dissolution of marriage, custody, modification, contempt, parenting time enforcement, and paternity and third-party custody cases, as well as child and spousal support proceedings. Sally has taught a high conflict parenting seminar and has volunteered as a judge at the Classroom Law Project’s Mock Trial program for high school students. Sally has also volunteered with the Rotary Club of Sherwood. She is also a well-versed litigator and has represented landlords in eviction proceedings and trials, creditors in foreclosures, and clients in defamation and other tort cases. She has worked on collection matters with creditors and debtors in garnishment proceedings, and she obtained guardianships and conservatorships over incapacitated individuals for clients. Sally has worked on cases that were appealed to the Oregon Supreme Court, and has argued before the Oregon Court of Appeals.

In her free time, Sally enjoys spending time with her son and extended family. She also enjoys gardening, cooking and home improvement activities.
