Jillian Pollack joined Buckley Law in 2007 and her practice emphasizes business and real estate litigation. Jillian received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts and her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2002, where she graduated summa cum laude. During law school, Jillian was an associate editor for the Gonzaga Law Review and was active in other student organizations. A member of the Oregon and Washington State Bars, Jillian returned to Portland, her hometown, after practicing law for five years in Spokane, Washington where her practice included work place investigations including sexual harassment, discrimination and payola cases, bankruptcy work and appellate work. Jillian is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington.

Currently Jillian’s practice focuses on business and real estate litigation, particularly partnership disputes such as a breach of partnership agreement, and real estate litigation such as boundary disputes, property defects, easements and wrongful foreclosure sales.

Jillian enjoys running, hiking, cooking, reading, film and theater, and exploring Portland in her free time.
