David L. Shawcross is an associate at Buckley Law and his primary areas of practice are business and estate administration. David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University and his Juris Doctorate from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon State Bar’s New Lawyer Division and the Multnomah Bar Association.
David works with public and private entities and individuals in all aspects of business transactions, including choice of entity and entity formations, business and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions business formations, non-competition agreements and general corporate matters. In his estate planning practice, David works with business owners and individuals to plan and administer their estate planning and trust documents.
