Chris Costantino is a Shareholder of the firm and practices in the Family Law Group. Chris obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in French and Political Science from the University of Vermont and her Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law. Chris is a member of both the Oregon State Bar and the American Bar Association. Chris’s practice focuses on family law issues, such as prenuptial agreements, domestic partnership agreements, divorce (gay and straight), marriage issues in family business, domestic partnership disputes, inheritance disputes (wills and trusts), grandparents’ rights, guardianships and conservatorships, and enforcement of divorce judgments.
Chris is a member of the Family Firm Institute, a professional membership association dedicated to the interdisciplinary collaboration in the family business field. Chris is a frequent lecturer and writer on family law topics and was recently published in Portland’s CPA Magazine. Chris is also a member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association and the Northwest Business For Culture & the Arts. Chris sums up her professional philosophy by saying, “I am committed to helping individuals resolve their most personal legal disputes involving their family and their family business. My philosophy is simple: love your children, protect your assets, and preserve your legacy”.
Chris is a devoted food and wine enthusiast, is a supporter of the Oregon Wine Brotherhood, and is co-owner of Lux Wines. Chris also enjoys traveling, playing golf and supporting the arts in her free time.
