Buckley Law P.C. is pleased to announce that Robert J. Horvat has been named voting shareholder, effective January 1, 2012.   Mr. Horvat will continue to focus his practice on the representation of individuals and businesses with an emphasis on commercial real estate, retail, business, corporate, and financing transactions.  Mr. Horvat is admitted to practice in both Oregon and Washington and is a member of the American, Oregon and Washington Bar Associations.  Mr. Horvat received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law.
