Buckley LeChevallier P.C. associate attorney, Charles E. Harrell, and Laurent Montalieu and Grand Cru Estates, clients of Buckley LeChevallier, were praised at the Yamhill County Planning Commission on August 5, 2010 for the model land use application they submitted for review.  The application was submitted for the purpose of authorizing private events to be held at Grand Cru Estates, a winery and vineyard that also offers winemaking and cooking classes and various private events.  Planning Director Mike Brandt praised the filing and said it represented a textbook example of how applicants should approach the process, while Daryl Garrettson, Commission Chair, told Mr. Montalieu, “I think your business model is brilliant, quite frankly.”  The application was unanimously approved by the commission.

Congratulations on behalf of Buckley LeChevallier P.C. to both Charles Harrell and Laurent Montalieu!  We are thrilled for your success!
