Buckley Law’s Tax Law Practice Group has extensive experience in many areas of tax law affecting individuals and entities, and can represent clients before the IRS, Oregon Department of Revenue, the Oregon Tax Court and the U.S. Tax Court.

While we do not prepare personal income tax returns, we do prepare federal estate and gift tax returns, as well as Oregon inheritance tax returns.  In addition, we work closely with clients’ accountants and tax return preparers in connection with tax and business planning.
